Betting4Profits ("we", "us", "our") is an independent sports betting tipster service operated in the United Kingdom. We provide betting tips, analysis, and information as a subscription service for entertainment and educational purposes only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Betting4Profits website (betting4profits.co.uk) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when terms were last revised.

3. Age Restriction โ€” 18+ Only

Our service is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. By using our service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

4. Nature of Our Service

All tips, predictions, analysis, and content published by Betting4Profits represent the opinions of our team only. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be construed as financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of profit.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Gambling involves risk, and you should never stake more than you can afford to lose. We accept no liability for any financial loss arising from following our tips or analysis.

Odds, team selections, and match conditions can change rapidly. We endeavour to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that all published tips will reflect current market conditions at the time you place your bet.

5. Membership & Subscriptions

Certain features of our service require a paid membership. All memberships are sold as annual subscriptions and renew automatically each year unless cancelled by you before the renewal date. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis until you cancel.

Auto-Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month period at the then-current annual rate. We will send you a reminder before renewal. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time via your account settings.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at contact@betting4profits.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 12-month billing period. You will retain full access to all tips, tools, and member content until that date โ€” we do not remove access early. No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time remaining after the 14-day cooling-off period (see below).

14-Day Cooling-Off Period & Refunds: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund โ€” no questions asked. Refund requests within this window are processed automatically and will be returned to your original payment method, typically within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. To request a cancellation and refund within the 14-day window, use the cancellation option in your account settings or contact us at contact@betting4profits.co.uk.

After the 14-day cooling-off period has elapsed, subscription fees are non-refundable. There are no partial or pro-rata refunds for any unused portion of your membership term.

Billing Errors: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any of our tips or content without written permission
  • Share your membership credentials with any third party
  • Use our content for any commercial tipping or advisory service
  • Scrape, copy, or automate access to our platform
  • Use our service if you are under 18 years of age
  • Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Betting4Profits โ€” including but not limited to tips, articles, graphics, logos, and software โ€” is the intellectual property of Betting4Profits and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betting4Profits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use our service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
